Provision if worked on NH/FH (Double the Wages / Comp off) Twice the wages OR wages for such holiday and a substituted holiday within 3 days before or after.
Time Limit to Avail the Comp Off Within 90 days from the day worked.
Notice to Labour Inspector Notice must be sent if an employee is made to work on a holiday.
Forms to be maintained Form II
Penal Consequences Fine up to ₹150 for first offence, ₹750 for second & subsequent offence (Section 9)
